Bella confezione, l’orologio sembra robusto e allo stesso tempo elegante e rifinito bene. Molto simile a uno Skagen di mia proprietà pagato di più, ed è arrivato velocemente. Però, prenotato l’orologio nero e ricevuto la versione con sul quadrante le paillettes blu, quindi meno neutro e secondo i miei gusti meno fine. Rivedendo l’oggetto in vendita, ho notato che: l’orologio sull’immagine è nero, la dicitura sotto dice nero, la dicitura sopra dice marone. Nelle recensioni si parla non solo di vari altri colori, ma anche dell’impostazione della data...che il modello in questione non ha. Non mi interessava fare il reso, semmai il cambio, ma né io né il servizio clienti siamo riusciti a contattare il venditore. Concordato un parziale rimborso. Aggiornamento: successivamente, ho ricevuto uno dei soliti questionari sulla soddisfazione del consumatore e dopo aver spuntato il giudizio negativo, sono stata contattata dal venditore. Dopo un giro delle mail il venditore ha concluso che il malinteso nasce per i colori distorti nella foto raffigurante l’oggetto, si è scusato e ha proposto un rimborso del 30%. Riassunto: spedizione rapida, l’oggetto bello e funzionante benissimo, servizio assistenza con lo scatto ritardato ma ottimo. Resta la descrizione inesatta; quattro stelle.
