I have always brought Fitbits, so I was a bit hesitant at first buying the Tensky GTX12 Smart watch. But I shouldn’t have worried about it. This is a great value smart watch for the price. It has a good clear HD screen and big enough for me as I have problems reading small print. It has all the apps you need steps, blood pressure SPO2, Sleep and all the apps for all the different sports you need. It even has your notifications for your social media accounts emails, and you can even use call with it. As I have only had the watch a few days. So far, the battery has been good. The only downside for me is you can’t sync it with your other apps on your android phone. But that not so bad because it does the job it is meant to do and at a fraction of the price of big named brands. 5 stars.

Bought this to replace cheaper watch that failed to charge after a while. Knowing the risks with these products I didn't want to splash out on something expensive with lots of functions I don't need. This one is just right. Without even reading the manual, which has print far too small to read for me, it's already giving me excellent service. I had hoped to find a watch that offers all the functionality plus a blood pressure reading, but that just doesn't exist yet at an affordable level. But the heart and stress functions on here are good enough to get an Indication. Battery charge is very good. I question the accuracy of the steps measures. It seems to count all movements as steps, so I'm led into thinking I've walked more than I have. Other than that it's excellent for the price. And after sales service is personal and most helpful. Highly recommended.

Firstly the watch is really good, beautiful looking, screen is amazing and functions work really nice and smooth. My watch developed a fault after 5mths of service, after contacting Tensky through their website and speaking to the wonderful Lynn, a replacement watch is on its way to me, I have to say the customer service from Lynn was first class, before and after a resolution was made and some company customer service assistants out there should take note, being nice and helpful is free!! Thank you Lynn and Tensky.

I’m not one to complain about things I purchase on Amazon as I always do my research first before spending on them and I very rarely get scammed, but there’s nothing as misleading and morally wrong as advertising functions that a product doesn’t deliver and this product right here is a prime example. Just as an example, in their product gallery, the video clearly shows the watch show you notifications from apps like SMS, WhatsApp etc… but as you can clear see from the pictures attached, it’s only shows you sms text and not Whatsap, not Facebook, not twitter The watch even refused to measure my blood pressure, the very reason why I bought it in the first place to monitor my health, constantly telling me to keep my hand still even when I’m as still as a rock for minutes.. Words fail to fully describe my disappointment. Should have had better for a product costing upwards of £60. It’s a shame there’s no zero rating for reviews 😔

Ive been wearing the watch for a few days and im really pleased with it. It tracks steps, exercise, heart rate, sleep and diet and many other things. It was really easy to install the app and pair the watch with my phone. I really like the fact you can make and receive calls as well as using a range of relaxation techniques and sleep programmes. Ive previously b een using fit bit and found this a much more comprehensive watch for a much better price!

I have had this watch for a few weeks now and it is so easy to use. It has made me think more about my steps and I like how it logs your sleep and stress levels. Having my watch connected to my phone makes me not need to check my phone so regularly but be aware of any incoming messages or calls. Great value too!

Messages and calls are displayed well. Step count seems to be accurate so far and all the other health monitors work well.
