It's neat, comfortable and records data which is easily accessed. I'm not sure that blood pressure readings are entirely accurate but it means you can see any sudden increases which may need investigation. It seems good for the money.

I ignored the negative reviews and got seduced by the lovely design of the Charge 5 tracker . Big mistake. Has stopped working after 4 months . I can't manage without one now so I purchased this item because it was very reasonably priced and looks a little similar. In comparison, it is fantastic! It does everything I need . I use it for steps , a little jogging and pilates . Sleep record, blood pressure,heart rate. It tells me everything, immediately. I don't have to wait for the information. I don't have to pay a subscription . Chinese tech knows where you are and what you are doing quicker and probably more accurately!! Some reviews have questioned accuracy . I roughly do the same activities daily and with the other tracker I was certainly recording many more steps . I was also using loads of calories on my 2 hour walks/jogs . This definitely has me at less. I'm not that fussed as to which is absolutely accurate and I'd rather have it at less than overestimated! Connectivity is brilliant and set up so easy . The design is OK. That to me is the only thing that lets cheap tech down a little .But ,when it gives up the ghost ,I shall replace with similar because Great design with an inefficient,problematic product is useless. I feel this is a really good value tracker if you want basic information. Highly recommend. I love mine .

I have stage 4 lung cancer terminal with blood oxygen of 82 - 92 hypoxic and heart rate 118 average. I have all the medical equipment at home to measure these and I have to be connected to oxygen at times but I bought the watch to keep a closer eye on my levels. It basically gives you an average 'good' blood O2 and the same for pulse as this measurement would suit most people and keep them happy. This The watch constantly gives me a blood oxygen of 97 normal and pulse 88. It's a complete con, don't buy. Save your money and invest in a good quality health watch. Extremely disappointed!!!

Looks nice and easy to set up. Downside for me is it doesn't register naps which my last one did. Would also like to see my heart rate on the same grid as sleep. Not a fan of the block sleep grid as the colours are too similar. Battery only lasting 6 days before it needs charging again. Thinking of returning it for a refund.

I had a band and the notifications where getting too small for me to read them so I was looking for something to make it easier, at the same time I wanted something that looks good, most smart watches are 1.8 inches and that looks so bad on my small wrist like mine, this one has a perfect and almost unique size, and the design is very nice too. I read the reviews and they were only ok, but I decided to give it a go and I am so happy I did. The Box comes with the watch another side for the band, a charger , guarantee card and some instructions with a QR code. The instructions print are very small but overpassing that is not hard, the app is free and easy to follow, I did have a bit of a hard time getting third party notifications but I got it done and now I get sms, whatshap, instagram, facebook, calls ....so on. You cannot reply messages as it does not have a keyboard but it has voice assistant so you can use it to reply to the sms, whatshaps etc Battery live is good, I have been playing with it a lot as it was new and still at 70%. Sleep, exercise , heart....so on, I have used it with my old one at the same time to see if it was accurate and it was the same so I think it is very accurate too. I wish more bands were available to buy as they are soo confortable, I have sent a message to the seller to see if this is a possibility but haven't had an answer yet. I love this watch, I will recommend it to a friend, in fact I am thinking of buying a couple of more for family and friends So my charger broke, I wrote an e mail to customer services asking how to get another one, they responded immediately and they sent me one to my house free of charge, in withing two days it was delivered to my door. I bought it to track my steps as my phone did not always work for tracking them. Turns out that is does not track steps it tracks the movement of your arm. My watch had more steps on it at the start of the day then my phone. I had both on me all day and when i went shopping and had my arm on the cart it did not track any of the steps. My phone got ober 1k more steps then my watch when they should be close to even. I have also had to reset the time on it a few time. I cant get it to fully connect to my phone for bluetooth. Only the call option connects and it does not even connect with my health app. It does not track your heart rate currectly. I was working out and it said my heart rate was 121 when the machines said 150 plus. It looks nice and all but sucks.

My last watch was a Wear OS watch, and there are a lot of differences between this one and that one. Here's a breakdown of the pros and cons of this watch: Pros: * price. This watch is very inexpensive! * O2 meter. My old watch didn't have one * All features unlocked. This wasn't an issue with my old watch, but it WAS an issue with my wife's old watch, which had a lot of basic features locked behind a subscription plan. * Lots of fun faces Cons: * Doesn't integrate well with the phone. ** If an alarm is going is going off on my phone, I can't turn it off via my watch like I could with my old one. ** This watch doesn't respect the phone's "do not disturb" mode, and has its own separate one, so you have to remember to turn both on & off. Also, you can't schedule DND mode like you can on a phone. ** Replaces all emoji in notifications with "?", so if someone texts me an emoji I have to pull out my phone to see if they sent me a smiley or an angry or actually sent a "?" ** Doesn't tell me when I've reached my Google Fit steps goal * "Raise to wake" doesn't work, and I usually have to press the button to turn on the display * Can't set the weather location. I thought it would get the weather location from my phone, but it never has, and is giving me weather from somewhere else completely, with no option to change it. * Weird app. There are dozens of versions of this same watch with different brand names, and a lot of them also use different versions of the same app with different brand names and slightly different UIs that don't all include the same features and are all badly designed. Maybe if I tried another of the apps for this watch I could set the weather. Anyway, I think I'll go back to a Wear OS watch, but at least this one was a cheap alterative in the meantime after my last one died.
