My first review blasted this watch to pieces, however I've found this isnt the case! When you first look at your watch take note of the button which helps alter the time. Your see a tiny piece of card that makes puts the button position in the Open mode, and due to the lightness of the piece, this enables the minute arm to swing about lose. Remove the card with tweasers or by fingers, it's a little tricky but it'll give after a few trys. Also I believe once the time is set and you push it in, it starts the watch working, as supposed to wasting the battery in the sleeve it's supplied in. It can be just a little hit and miss when you set the minute arm. As due to the lightness and budget, it's a bit happy go lucky, but again it isn't difficult. Now I'm a Citizen watch collector, with some of my pieces costing the price of a cheap second hand car, so I brought this for when im at my air base, if it gets damaged so be it, I'll just buy another, as supposed to sending one to Citizen for repair which won't be cheap. It's only been two days and I've had this synced to a watch that's remote controlled by the atomic clock, lol, I don't expect it to be accurate to a second every two million years lol, bit so far it's kept up nicely. Maybe every month it may need +/- a few minutes adjusted, but that's no big deal. It's actually a very nice design, not the weight I'm used to, but the pleasing cream face and off colour arms make it an attractive watch to wear, and as a first watch for a boy, (as this is more a guys watch), the strap is nice and of a sturdy nylon material, so I can see it lasting a long time, the glass is strong enough, the over all design doesn't look cheap, but has a little bit of a military feel to it, again great for us big kids lol. For once it feels like your getting your moneys worth, it's very light on the wrist, surprisingly very comftable, With well placed holes for wrist widths. Look, you can just about buy a large Donor Kebab & chips for less than this costs, and if the battery offers you a years use, then it doesn't owe you a pennie, strangely I never thought I'd say this, but it may be cheaper to buy a new one than buy a new battery, crazy value. As my only watch which isn't Citizen powered by Eco Tech solar & capacitor is an Accurist Skymaster, and it takes a battery that costs £15 fitted, so again it gives you an idea of the value for money offered here. I'm not a watch snob, I just love Chronograph Citizens, but I'm very pleased with this purchase, and depending on budget, or for who, you don't need to spend crazy money to have a nice watch. It's a really nice watch for the price. The actual watch part feels high quality. Only let-down is the strap. If you're someone with small wrists like me, there's a lot of excess on the strap. There is a small fabric loop to hold this, but it's very loose and slips out, leaving the excess flapping around. This can be easily fixed by buying some small velcro stick on dots (I bought 9.5mm ones) which keeps the excess stuck to the main part of the strap.

Though it's a bit on the large and clunky side, i must admit i like the military look of it, with a nice colour scheme. The strap is too large and cumbersome, very stiff when putting it on the wrist. Cheap and cheerful is about the best way of summing it up. And a week into wearing it, it's still keeping the correct time!!!

The winder/setter feels a bit delicate and may fail if handled roughly. The watch certainly looks the business however and keeps time, which is what it’s supposed to do!

Bought this a few days ago and it just arrived, the quality is very good, you get a small sort of screw to adjust the circumference of the watch so that it fits your wrist nicely, you also get a cloth to clean the watch, only downside is that there was a small plastic thing that blocked the movement of the thing to set the time correctly but i removed it, as said quality so far is very good, will see how it keeps up for a while All of this is keeping in mind that it was only 20 euros, and for that price this is one of the best watches that you can get

Decisions Decisions…. I could not decide which one I liked most . I narrowed down to the military green band . ( that was a no brainer for this veteran ). Now it was time to choose the watch face . Black or yellow . Well at this price I just said “ get both “!! Happy I did . These are so far 5 Star watches and nothing less . For those leaving less than 5 stars , for a $9.00 watch , for reasons like “ band too small “, well - I believe the measurements are in the listing . Another guy said he couldn’t figure out how to set the date . Either you got a defect , or you are not reading the instructions. I recommend returning for a replacement or just request a refund . I do plan on getting at least one totally wet . I will shower with it . I’ll do the dishes with it . And as another reviewer had said “ I’m going to sit in a hot tub with it “. It will be a test . If the watch fails , I will just purchase another. ( I will edit my review in the future to give updates). This is one of the best deals you will find on Amazon. I like to color coordinate so I will be adding more of these fancy colors to my collection. I love the black on black and the silver and black . ( that’s next ). Ok - I hope this helps . Top Uhr.Wirkt überhaupt nicht billig sehr gut verarbeitet. Der schwarz/weiß Kontrast gefällt mir dabei besonders,auch die Zahlen. Diese vielfältigen Designespielereien gehen mir bei vielen Uhren auf den Zeiger.Man fragt sich oft was das noch mit Uhr zu tun hat man entweder eh nichts erkennt auch wenns echt raffiniert designte Uhren gibt die echte Hingucker sind und nicht immer teuer sein müssen.Eine Uhr soll die Zeit anzeigen mit Datum okay lass ich noch durchgehen. Aber wenn eine Uhr das Datum anzeigen soll,Wochentag usw nennt man das für gewöhnlich Kalender. Das Gehäuse hat eine mattgraue/anthrazit farbene Beschichtung von der sich bei anderen Uhren herausgestellt hat das sie wesentlich und um Klassen besser Feuchtigkeit und Schweißbeständiger ist.Einige Uhren im 5€ Bereich die für die Arbeit oder den Alltag völlig ausreichen haben den Effekt wenn man sie nicht täglich penibel säubert verrottet das Gehäuse in kurzer Zeit,ebenso die Krone usw. Ein weiteres Plus ist das Kunststoffarmband.Diese sind wesentlich beständiger,haltbarer und lassen sich gut säubern. Bei Lederarmbändern gehen praktisch immer zuerst die feststehende Halteschlaufe kaputt,was mich immer schon genervt hat. Was das angeht bin ich absoluter Fan von Textilarmbändern die derart robust sind und noch jeden Waschgang sauber!-inklusive Metallteile-überstanden haben. Der Preis ist top ist ja auch keine Rolex klar kanns da passieren das der eine oder andere Kunde erlebt das da vieleicht mal ein Zeiger abfällt oder ähnliches. Das ist nicht schön hatte ich bisher noch nie bzw gar keine Probleme. Fazit: Wem die Uhr gefällt kann ich diese wärmstens empfehlen.

Montre de très belle qualité. J'ai choisi le bracelet en nylon qui est très confortable. Elle reste à l'heure et le cadrant est bien visuel. Rien à redire pour ma part !
