I was offered this watch, free of charge, for an honest review under the ‘Vine’ Program. This is a very attractive item in a nice gift box and it is shipped together with a tool for removing wrist band links to amend fit (nice touch, but more about that later). After removing the plastic crown shipping ‘hold-off’, and setting date & time (instructions in manual) the watch started working. However, left on the table, I found , 2 hours later, the watch had lost 20 minutes. I initially thought that I may not have pushed the crown fully home so I reset the time and made sure everything was correct. I left it over night and when I looked the next morning I found that, even though the ‘second’ hand was still moving, the watch had lost 40 minutes! Observing the second hand for a few minutes, I noticed that it would occasionally ‘Stall’ at random points for 3 or 4 seconds which presumably is why it was losing time. OK, I thought, it’s only fit for the bin ('Vine' products cannot be returned as they would be if it was purchased) but, out of curiosity, I’ll set it once more and see how much time it loses. To my surprise, after 2 full days, the watch has been keeping perfect time ever since! I can only assume that the internal mechanism was a bit tight and has now bedded in. So, my wife will now be able to use it. Following the instructions, I have now removed 2 links so that it is a good fit for her wrist. Using the tool provided I was able to achieve this but it was not as straightforward as it should have been. When laying the strap on the bed of the tool I found that the screw punch does not precisely align with pin and I needed to raise the strap slightly off the bed to make the punch and pin meet (see macro photo). I also found reinserting pins tricky as the (marked) split end does not push easily back into the link (I had to use a small screwdriver to get it started). Now that it’s working, this is a very nice piece overall but I expect a watch to work immediately and I’m not now sure how reliable it will be. Ironically there is a ‘”QC” label on the back plate. Maybe I was just unlucky but I can only review the item I received.

I needed a birthday present for my mum and this fitted the bill perfectly as she was needing a new traditional style watch. Comes nicely boxed so great for gifting and looks more expensive than it actually is which is a bonus. The time is clear and easy to read which is pretty important in a timepiece. Accurate quartz movement and waterproof as well so should last her a few years at least. Made in China but what isn't these days?

This is a beautiful watch, and 5 stars, don't seem quite enough for this exquisite piece of jewellery. Im amazed at how beautiful this watch is, no kidding it has by far exceeded my expectations, this is just lovely. With its silver Gold Band and Blue Dial, there is no denying that this wristwatch is simply stunning, and might be considered a real show stopper, for no other reason than, this is a design that I've never seen before. Certainly, if I had, then it would have instantly turned my head! Beautifully packaged, this is a watch that would make a loving and thoughtful gift, if not to yourself then to someone special. The build quality is superb, this is so smart and stylish, that it can be worn for any occasion, whether it be casual or formal. Its affordability, is second to none, with a luxury feel to it without the particularly high price point of some similar-looking brands, that don't come close to the aesthetics of this timepiece. It is incredibly easy to see the time with this, the beautiful dial is adequately sized, to allow a clear and concise view of the lovely markers, and the clock face is incredibly easy to read. This watch stands out from the crowd, the stainless steel strap has the heaviness of a truly expensive watch, at a price that nobody needs to know! I cannot reiterate enough how beautiful this watch is, whether you are looking for a timepiece for yourself or someone special, I guarantee, this piece will not disappoint. To conclude, the blue dial and silver, with the gold combination, makes for a bold statement and one that looks far more expensive than it is, therefore this beautiful watch is guaranteed to strike the perfect balance between elegance and ‘every day" I am 100% delighted with this wristwatch and thrilled to have been allowed to try this product.
